Ba degree/diploma in any field of study
-concrete experience on assessing 
-excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
-strong problem-solving skills & analytical abilities
-good command of both Amharic & English is mandatory

more than 4 years for BA/6 years for diploma
-in senior position
